My School, Beena English Medium School is a child-centered and aims at total,all-round development of children. So my School Management, Principal and teachers always work on what new and innovative action they can do for children. They are keen to bring and adapt new technologies which will help each and every child in school to be more active and innovative. I am really glad to tell about Computer Lab in my school. We have a big, well equipped, well-designed and separate Computer Lab with 40 computers in it. It is run by a well-educated and qualified teacher, with one-on-one access, which means there is one computer for each child. Pre - primary kids learn words through PowerPoint presentations and innovative software. My School has invested in new software’s which are beneficial For kids of pre-primary to the students of Std X. All Computers are in state-of-art with multimedia, most of them with 15" LEDmonitors that are easier on eyes, generate less heat, Puts less strain on eyes; consume less power thereby keeping the classroom atmosphere comfortable for children. We use our own LAN with Windows 7 for teaching-learning, documentation and presentations. Currently students and staff have access to the computer labs, which provide the tools and technologies to produce websites, edit papers, complete class assignments, communicate via email, and conduct data analyses and access library resources. Microsoft Windows software is available for word processing, statistics, spreadsheets and database management. A variety of graphics and website-creation software programs are also available. This lab features 40 personal-computing workstations with Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2013 applications, printer and scanner capability.  A number of special software packages, are available. Lab consultant staff assist students very easily. Printing services are also offered. This lab is a multi- purpose technology and collaborative workspace. The lab is dedicated to meet the teaching, learning and research needs of the, staff and students. Computers are managed and supported by Technical Staff. My School’s name is Beena English Medium School. Education is important nowadays. But excluding studies many extra activities\ functions are organized in my school. For example, annual day, annual exhibition, fun fair, food activities, drawing competition, traffic rules sessions, sports day, computer assembling session, etc. Due to these sessions or programs, we get a proper understanding about a particular topic which is being discussed. So, our physical and mental progress goes on hand in hand. Now I would like to tell you all about the Annual Day which happened last year in our school. It was a terrific program, many interesting dramas on various topics were arranged. Many dances, information about various culture and dressing style of various regions, about kids learning and much more topics was arranged in this function. Right from LKG to 10 th . All children participated in it. It was a successful program. Now I would like to tell you about the school exhibition which was organized in our school in this year only. Models of various subjects like English, Science, Geography, History, etc. were kept in this program. Children collected information about their topics and presented their models and themselves in front of the parents and the guests. The program gave a very positive result on the students. Similarly, sports day, fun fairs and other activities are organized in our school every year. So therefore, my school has also got ISO 9001 in 2015. My school is the best.

It is my great pride and pleasure that I have got a chance to express my view about one of my best places, i.e. ‘My School ‘ Beena English Medium School. … My school is different from other schools and I love my school. I am penning down my views on why I love my school. Let me begin with the quote – “School is a place that provides education and education is the key to life.” My school is situated in the heart of Akurdi and it is the place where I have learnt to differentiate between right and wrong, to read and enjoy what I read, the skill to manage my conflicts, the ability to modify my behaviour, respect my elders and friends, be kind, compassionate, forgiving and good. I learn all this from my teachers who have these qualities and do not just ask me to be good. They make me understand, how to be good, by being good themselves. They never lose their patience, they do not scold, and they just make us reflect over what we have done and what will be the consequences of our actions. In other words, they make us accountable for what we do. They forgive us for our mistakes and we learn to forgive others for theirs. When they teach, we are spell bound, we do not know how, but we keep on answering correctly, all the questions, which they put up to us? Learning can be fun is what you can experience in our school. We debate, discuss, question and then conclude. The best part is there are teachers, who learn with us, rather than making us learns. It is in the school where much useful and interesting information is given to me. I talk to my wonderful teachers and classmates about everything I’m interested in. Know that an average four-year-old child asks over 400 questions a day. So, for my teachers, I am such a ‘4-year-old’ student who asks everything that is of her interest. So, it is possible to say that the school is one of the basic institutions which significantly affects my personal development, maybe, because I have such qualified teachers. I want to thank them for being so supportive and patient in many cases. I highly appreciate the hard work that you put into my mental and intellectual growth. There isn’t a better school for me than this one. I feel proud of my achievements which are greatly affected by the skills and talents my school helps me to develop.

The name of my school is Beena English Medium School. The teachers at my school are very caring. They treat us like their own children. All my classmates are very helpful. Our teachers have developed this habit in us. Every morning we attend assembly and I enjoy it very much. We have a big playground. Teachers take us there for P.T period as well as for various other activities. Teachers show us wonderful stories and play games related to our lessons. Our school watchman uncle is also very jolly. I love my school very much.
